This top does not have any support, which means that you would have to wear a sports bras underneath if you are exciting colse to a lot while doing exercises (I am not very endowed so it is no question for me). That being said, I Love this top!! The back panel allows me to feel cooler in the midst of sweating a storm. I have the top in two colors, and I love it!! Feels admittedly comfortable and legth is perfect (falling about 4 inches below belly button). extremely recommended.
